Fr. John Phelps is Priest-in-Charge at St. Luke’s, Mineral Wells, and Vicar of Holy Spirit, Graham, and St. Peter’s, Possum Kingdom Lake. He has served on the diocesan Evangelism Commission and as a leader in the TELET program. Fr. Phelps has worked with the youth of the diocese as a Camp Crucis chaplain and as a faculty member at the St. Michael's Conference Southwest. |

Fr. Ryan Reed is Dean of St. Vincent’s Cathedral Church and School in Bedford. He has been a member of the diocesan Finance Committee, Christian Education Commission, Hispanic Affairs Committee, and Commission on Ministry (Committee for the Laity). He also has served as Armed Forces Representative and a member of the
Board of the Anglican School of Theology. Dean Reed was a Deputy to General Convention in 2006. He is a former member of the Steering Committee for the Anglican Communion Network and a past president of the Standing Committee. |

Beverly Maurer is a member of St. Peter & St. Paul, Arlington, where she currently serves as Senior Warden and is a member of the Memorial Garden Business and Beautification Committees. She is a retired nurse. Beverly is a member of the Daughters of the King and has been an officer of the organization on both the parish and diocesan levels. As a community member, she has served on the Arlington ISD’s Vocational School Advisory Board. |

Julia Smead is a member of St. Barnabas, Fort Worth. She serves her congregation as a convention delegate, vestry member, parish secretary, and home-group leader. A Benedictine oblate, she is the founder and facilitator of a local Anglican Benedictine community, which meets monthly. She has served on Executive Council. A member of the Daughters of the King, she has served as the Daughters’ diocesan President, Province VII President, and as a member of the national board. She is secretary for Forward in Faith North America. |

Klein has served as Chaplain to the Daughters of the King and as a clergy leader at Cursillo and Happening weekends. He is the diocesan contact for Anglicans for Life. |

Previously he has serve as Assistant Rector and Canterbury House Chaplain at St. Alban's, Arlington, and as curate at All Saints’, Fort Worth. He has been a member of the faculty for the St. Michael’s Conference Southwest for several years. At the diocesan level he has served on the Commission on Ministry (Committee for the Diaconate) as an examiner of ordinands. He is a former member of the Ecclesiastical Trial Court. |

Thom Murrell is a member of St. Vincent’s Cathedral, Bedford. He is retired. He has served the parish as Junior and Senior Warden, and as chair of its Building Committee and School Committee. He is a member of the diocesan Risk Management Committee and Retirement Fund Committee. Nationally, he was coordinator of the Provincial Assembly held in June, and he serves on the ACNA Benefits Committee. He is running for a second consecutive term on the Ecclesiastical Trial Court. |
