Dear Clergy and Convention Delegates:

On behalf of the Bishop, we are providing this packet to you with regard to information that you will need for the upcoming Pre-Convention Deanery meetings and the 28th Annual Convention. The Convention will be hosted by the Western Deanery and held at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in the Round-Up Inn.

This year’s Convention will begin with the Holy Eucharist at Chruch of the Holy Apostles, 3900 Longvue Avenue, Fort Worth, 76126, on Friday, Nov. 12, at 5 p.m. All Clergy are to vest and process in cassock, surplice and white stole. Since this is the opening session of Convention, all clergy and delegates should be in attendance at the opening Eucharist and the dinner following, which is described below.

The evening will continue at the Ridglea Country Club, 3700 Bernie Anderson Drive, Fort Worth, 76116, with hospitality beginning at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner. Reservations are required and are included in this packet with the Meal Reservation Form. Please pay strict attention to the deadlines.
