Domestic Violence Awareness - That the Diocese call upon each congregation to designate certain Sundays for special prayers for those whose lives have been, affected by domestic, sexual, or family violence.
Pledge on Racism - That the Diocese endorse the Birmingham Pledge as a witness to our church's commitment to fight racism.
Pledge of Nonviolence - That each congregation encourage its members to commit themselves to nonviolent and peaceable behavior in their relationships with others and adopt "The Pledge of Nonviolence" developed by the Institute for Peace and Justice of St. Louis.
